Transformation

Transformation is the ability to manipulate reality and transform organic and non-organic objects, beings, and matter. For example, turning a wedding planner into a pig, and Leo into a literal stick in mud. This is seen as a stronger form of Shapeshifting. While under the influence of Dantalian's evil, Piper and Phoebe Halliwell possessed this ability ("Bride and Gloom"). Cole turning Darryl into a water cooler ("A Witch's Tail, Part 1") constitutes as transformation as well.
Witches could also use this ability through spells or potions.
Billie's projection power has a similar effect, but it only works when her emotions run high and can make her focus and imagination come true.
