Todd Corman is a troubled 12-year-old boy who appears in the novel, Mist and Stone.

His mother died when he was seven years old, and Todd has been on the foster system since. As he found it difficult to trust others, he began committing a number of crimes, varying from public property destruction to open assault. It is later revealed he is a Future Darklighter.

History[]

Foster Homes[]

Todd spent five years in foster homes, which hardened his heart and personality since most of his foster parents did not treat him nicely. His latest foster parents, the Grissoms, sent him back after he destroyed their TV and windows out of rage.

Paige and Bay Haven[]

Paige Matthews first meets him when he was brought to South Bay Social Services, where he tries to escape child services and runs into Phoebe, who has a vision of Leo confronting a Darklighter. Hoping to save him from juvenile center, Paige opts to sign him up to Bay Haven, an institution specialized in dealing with such children. Though he remained devoid of emotion, Paige's resemblance to his mother softened some of his hard façade. While at the place, the administrator, Ray Marino, taught him self-control and plotting for self-benefit. Unbeknownst to him, Ray was working with a Darklighter named Scar to raise an army of Darklighters. Of all four delinquents, he finds Todd most fitting of his plan and decided to turn him at a young age, because he believed a child's innocent face was a good weapon against a Whitelighter's wariness. Todd tries to call Paige for help, not knowing that no contact can be reached past the area. Scar fakes her voice and tricks him into believing she has abandoned him.

Back on the Straight and Narrow Path[]

Paige is later lured to Bay Haven, where Scar incapacitates her and tries to persuade Todd to kill her. The Charmed Ones manage to save him from that fate and vanquish Scar. Todd refused to hurt Paige, and turned toward the brighter path.

Todd eventually met his biological father and his wife, both of whom welcome him with open arms. He also takes in a cat named Hadie. To his dismay, his roommate Hank Marcos was also taken into his new home.

Appearances[]

Todd Corman appeared in a total of 1 non-canonical novel throughout the franchise.
