Thermokinesis

Thermokinesis is a combination of Cryokinesis and Pyrokinesis. it is the ability to manipulate heat, encompasing the ability to freeze things or heat things up.. Ultimately, the user uses the power to increase the temperature of something through concentration, if the temperature rises high enough, melting or fire can result. Or if the temperature falls low enough, freezing or ice can result.

This may have been Pearl Russell's original power that was later magnified into pyrokinesis transforming her ability to create heat into the ability to throw a stream of fire. As said, P. Bowen's power was too strong for Pearl's original power and needed to be magnified to counteract the Cryokinesis, Thermokinesis would be a logical power for Pearl to have; like with Prue and Piper, Prue had Telekinesis allowing her to move objects, Piper had Particle Manipulation allowing her to freeze moving objects; perfect counteractive powers. Cryokinesis is a perfect counteractive power to Thermokinesis and as reflected with the sisters, Bowen was stronger than Russell like Prue was stronger than Phoebe. And this was Aviva's power, it was magnified with Kali's power so Aviva was able to set objects ablaze, reminiscent of Anton amplifying Russell's power.
