This potion was a magical elixir that the Evil Enchantress created to follow her prince to the year of 2001 after Paige Matthews accidentally summoned him. The potion required a lock of Lady Julia's hair to work, due to the true love connection she shared with the prince.
When used, the potion opened a portal to the present and transported the Enchantress to the attic of the Halliwell Manor. Once she had found her prince, the Enchantress was able to open a portal back to her time without another potion.[1]
