Super Strength
From Charmed
Super Strength is the power of having magically augmented physical strength and Stamina. therefore beings with this ability are Stronger and Tougher and can do physically things longer without fatigue that are humanly Impossible. This power is mostly found in demonic or evil beings, such as Belthazor, The Source, or the warlock Anton. ("Pardon My Past")
There have been instances when the Charmed Ones themselves (including Darryl, even) have gained the power of super human strength such as when the sisters became superheroes and when Darryl was granted the power of invincibility (but only for a short period of time). ("Witches in Tights", "Little Monsters")
Christy Jenkins may posses this ability but it is unclear: she killed the last Triad demon Candor by ramming her arm through his chest in what seemed like super strength.
