Super Speed

Super Speed or Celerity is the power to travel extremely fast on foot and sometimes may be at the speed of light. Many powerful magical beings have possessed this form of enhanced speed and reflexes.
In many cases the Charmed Ones have gained enhanced speed when using spells or due to a magical transformation, but usually only for a short period of time.
