Simone was a French charge of Leo Wyatt, who lived in Paris. It is unknown whether she's a Future Whitelighter or a Witch.
History
Piper, who swapped powers with Leo, orbed to Simone who was calling for Leo. When Piper orbed in, Simone asked her in French where Leo was. Piper answered in French that Simone had to calm down and that Piper would protect her. Piper was surprised that she could speak French, when two men with a gun appeared. They started shooting them, and Piper and Simone ran off.
