Journalist for The Bay Mirror
Seth Parra was a hard core journalist working for The Bay Mirror newspaper. In 2005, when the sisters announced to the world that their death was faked, he was one of the many journalists who attempted to get the full story.
When Phoebe Halliwell had a premonition of an earthquake ruining Dex Lawson's art show, she used her alias Julie Bennett to have the paper run an article on earthquake safety. She also asked Seth to help her locate Maya Holmes, a criminal whom Piper had been mistaken for. Seth remarked that she reminded him of someone.
When printing a story in the newspaper about the mafia, Seth accidentally revealed his source, a woman named Carol Flowers, who was soon murdered because of it.
Revealing the Halliwell Sisters' SecretEdit
After the sisters retook their own identities, with assistance from Agent Murphy, Seth attempted to find out why they faked their deaths, making life difficult for the sisters. In a failed attempt to get him to leave them alone, Paige pretended to be the ghost of Carol Flowers to scare him off. She later managed to find a way to get rid of him, by showing him and other journalists how boring and ordinary their lives were. Since there was no story to be found, Seth was forced to drop it.
Seth Perra has appeared in a total of 2 episodes throughout the course of the series.
