Rick Foreman is the new bartender in Beware What You Wish. He becomes infatuated with Phoebe the first time he meets her.
History[]
Rick works as a bartender at P3 while attending grad school to study psychology. He is working on a thesis related to pop culture, which is why he took the job.
Rick gets attacked by muggers in the alley behind P3 after a conversation with the sisters. Phoebe had a premonition of the event and had her sisters help him. He is able to defend himself for most of the fight, only needing Prue's help once when one of the muggers tried to hit him with a broken glass bottle.
Though charming and handsome, he is also shy and dares not to make a bold move toward Phoebe. At the end of the day, Phoebe asks him out on a date at the Celebrity Charity Bazaar, where they meet Roy Hansen, a retired Hollywood stunt cowboy, and Rick's idol.
