The Remove Phoebe's Powers Spell was written and cast by Piper Halliwell in 2003 to remove the powers of her younger sister, Phoebe.
History[]
After the demon Dex mistook the real Phoebe for the shapeshifting Kaia, he abducted her and took her to the penthouse. Cole Turner then decided to keep Phoebe trapped there and have Kaia impersonate her.
However, her sisters grew concerned when they saw Phoebe kissing Cole, at which point Kaia pretended to be under a form of mind control and suggested it would be safer to strip her of her powers. Piper then cast the spell, leaving the real Phoebe powerless.
Kaia then tried to kill Phoebe to take her place at Cole's side permanently, though Phoebe's powers were restored by her sisters just in time and she vanquished Kaia instead.[1]
