Phoenix was one of the three demons that impersonated the Charmed Ones to steal the Power of Three. She was once a slave to the Slave King, but escaped and swore revenge. Working with their mentor Savard, their goal was to vanquish the Slave King and free their people. Phoenix impersonated Phoebe Halliwell and copied her powers, being the first to replace one of the Charmed Ones. She nearly blew her cover when she vanquished Zakal, a wizard Piper wanted to interrogate for information about getting Leo back.

She and her 'sisters' then vanquished the Slave King with potions. However, they were quickly vanquished themselves shortly after when they were tricked by Billie and the Charmed Ones and trapped inside the dollhouse, which Piper then blew up.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

Phoenix had the power of Shapeshifting, which she used to assume Phoebe's appearance, and also possessed the power to throw Fire Balls, Apportation and Fading. As a part of their plan, she also copied Phoebe's power of Premonition, the only active power Phoebe possessed at that time, and was able to channel the Power of Three.
