Oscar was a blue budgerigar (parakeet) and Paige Matthews's pet bird that she kept in a birdcage in her loft.
History
In 2001, Paige met her sisters and learned of her true heritage as a witch. Seeking to turn her evil, the Source of All Evil possessed her boyfriend Shane. Oscar sensed that something was wrong, so the Source killed him by engulfing it in flames.

Notes and Trivia
- Oscar was presumably not a Familiar; though the Book of Shadows states that birds, like other animals, could be Familiars sent to guide neophyte witches. In "Cat House", Katrina stated that she was watching over Paige when she came into her powers, which is why she had left the Halliwell sisters. Also, Paige was not a witch when she had Oscar.
- Oscar is never mentioned again after he was killed by The Source.
- In Valhalley of the Dolls, Paige met a dog named Oscar, which was actually a cursed man.
