Odin

From Charmed

Odin was an Elder in Charmed. He was one of the most powerful and conservative members of the entire council, and often appeared alongside the more compassionate Sandra, who he at times seemed to subtly clash opinions with. Thanks to this, he did not get along very well with Leo or the Charmed Ones, and in fact he became the most key figure in the souring of relations between the Halliwell family and the Elders besides Gideon. This culminated when Odin and Sandra reported to Leo on the Golden Gate Bridge that he would have to go through a test to decide between the world of the Elders and life with his family, then Odin alone tried to insert himself in and fix the test so that Leo would rush to choose the Elders. Thanks to Piper with some help from Cole, however, it failed, and Odin wouldn't appear before the sisters again.

Along with some of the common powers of an Elder such as Healing, Sensing, Orbing, Clairvoyance, Hovering, Invisibility, and Scrying, Odin also has the power of Electrokinesis, Giving Mortality, Light Manipulation, Force Fields, Heat Generation, Glamouring, and Premontion, possibly hinting that he was a witch before his Elder days. This is confirmed when Phoebe passes him a vision using her own power, something that can only be done between seers who have the same power, hence showing that he too has the power of Premonition.
