Noel Jefferson is a benevolent man running for congress against Stephen Tremaine. His honesty and good-willed nature granted him more support than Tremaine, who relied on power and fame to gain votes.
History[]
Noel became a primary target for Athulak's return to power when Stephen Tremaine accidentally released the demon with a reckless wish about not going up against Noel. Since the wish played a vital role in causing chaos and Athulak's freedom, the demon weakened the Charmed Ones to ensure his victory.
On the day of the election, Noel nearly plummeted to his death while on a Ferris wheel ride with his nephew, but Prue used a protection charm and later telekinesis to protect him. Noel clung to the metal bar for dear life while protecting Paul. He momentarily caught sight of Prue. When the crisis was averted, Noel approached Piper, Phoebe, and Prue, though he mainly showed interest in the eldest sister. Everyone could see his affection toward her, though Phoebe knows it is only temporary since Prue will be less than likely to be willing to relocate to Washington D.C. once Noel was elected.
