Nisha Maksoud is a supporting character from the non-canonical novel, Leo Rising. In it, she is a graduate student from Magic School, who returned shortly to teach as a professor.
History
Nisha recently graduated from Magic School, but she soon returned to the school as a potions professor. She lacked the skill to fight demons, but excelled at healing potions.
When the sisters went missing, Nisha took care of the Halliwell Manor while Leo summoned his sons from the future to find reinforcement. She was kept out of harm's way until Xandra, Leo's former charge, came knocking on the door, right after Darryl Morris arrived. Together, they kept the evil witch at bay. Nisha then made a freezing-potion and effectively froze Xandra.

- Spell Casting: The ability to cast spells and perform rituals.
- Potion Making: The ability to brew potions. Nisha is especially gifted in potion brewing.
- Scrying: The ability to scry for something lost using a crystal and map.
- Mediumship: The ability to see and commune with spirits of the dead.

Nisha supposedly has an unknown active power that involved blasting.
