Mitzy Stillman

Mitzy Stillman is one of the three Stillman Sisters. In The Power of Three Blondes they each stole the Charmed ones' powers and identities. Because Mitzy is the middle sister, she obtained Phoebe's identity, and later her powers. After Chris broke their spell, Mitzy's powers were bound along with her sisters. She was then sent to jail for the murder of a vacuum salesman and a family that lived across from the manor.

Mitzy originally wanted to obtain Paige's orbing power instead of Phoebe's powers of premonition, levitation and empathy. She didn't care what would happen to other people or what they feel. After a little fight with her younger sister, Margo, Mabel, her older sister, talked her into accepting that she would gain Phoebe's powers.
The Stillman sisters then cast an "identity theft spell" to steal the Halliwell sister' identities and lured them out of the Manor so they could use the Book of Shadows to steal their powers.
To trap the Stillman sisters, Phoebe used her knowledge of her powers against Mitzy and planted a premontion when she punched her in the face. Phoebe regained her powers after Chris broke the Power of Three between the Stillman sisters. This also undid the identity theft spell.
