In a flashforward, Paige and Henry are revealed to have three children, a boy named Henry Jr. and twin daughters. Nothing is known about the twins except that they are almost two years younger than their older brother Henry Jr.  One's name is Pandora as stated in the Warren Witches.

As the children of Paige Matthews, a whitelighter-witch hybrid, and Henry Mitchell, a mortal, the girls (and their brother) will be whitelighter-witches as well, inheriting powers typical to such hybrids.
