Mickey Jackson was an armed robber who kidnapped a young witch named Max Franklin to use his power of psychokinesis to commit robberies.
History[]
After hearing from David that Max had some supernatural power, they kidnapped Max and threatened his father to keep him from calling the police.
The next morning, they tested his skill by walking straight into a bank. When guards arrived, he ruthlessly killed them. When Prue arrived to save Max, he knocked her out and implanted a bomb on Max to make her obey. When they prepared to set their plan to rob a bank in motion, Gordan found his way to the auto shop and Mickey shot him in the chest. With Max's power, they broke in successfully, but Prue outsmarted them and locked them up in the vault until the cops arrived. He was supposedly arrested along with David.
