Lila was a colleague of Paige Matthews and Billy, with whom she worked together at South Bay Social Services.
History
In 2001, Paige was casting multiple spells at work, one involving Lila's car taxes. Paige later cast an Instant Karma Spell on Donnie, and Lila was one of the many girls lusting and fighting for him.
Shortly after Phoebe Halliwell and Cole Turner married, Paige noticed Cole's sudden changes of profit and discussed the matter with Lila. Unfortunately, Lila dismissed the discussion saying that people change and that she should not be suspicious of her own brother-in-law.
