Larry Henderson was a mortal lawyer who made a Faustian Deal with the demon Zahn. He traded his soul for a successful career, but after realizing the error of his ways, he tried to make amends before dying.

HistoryEdit

Making the Deal with ZahnEdit

The Hendersons were struggling financially until Larry ended up in contact with the demon Zahn. They made a Faustian Deal in which in exchange for his soul he would have a successful career as a lawyer. After becoming rich and successful as a result of people's misfortunes and realizing his fatal mistake he tries to make reparations by making reparations to various charities.

Meeting PaigeEdit

Paige Matthews, wanting a life outside of magic, embarks on a series of temp jobs, including working as an aide in Larry. On the day he dies, she is working late wondering why he was making donations to various companies. Larry gives Paige an envelope full of money telling her to leave before midnight. When she leaves to go home, Larry is approached by two demons, causing Paige to double back. She vanquishes one of the demons but the other demon kills Larry and taking his soul to the underworld.

Saving Larry's SoulEdit

After Larry is killed, Paige realizes that Larry was aware of his fate, which was later confirmed after having a conversation with his widow. Paige and Richard Montana summon Larry's soul, who reveals he traded his soul for prosperity but after he realizes that he was successful at the expense of other people's misery, hence his philanthropic actions. Paige (despite objections by her sisters) decides to sell her soul to Zahn to save Larry's after finding out that if she vanquished Zahn beforehand it would cause Larry to burn for eternity as well as the knowledge that the contracts are locked up somewhere.

Zahn is almost about to auction off Larry's soul when he was summoned by Paige and Richard (along with Piper and Phoebe at the same time to no avail) where she trades her soul for Larry's by means of a Faustian Deal. Zahn agrees to the deal, sending Larry's soul up to Heaven while taking Paige's instead. Her sisters and Richard respond by burning the physical contracts and vanquishing Zahn.
