Julie Bennet was the alias of Phoebe Halliwell for part of Season 8.

Julie Bennet pretended to be on Victor's side of the family. She took up the post of San Francisco's Ask Phoebe column where she met Dex Lawson who became her boyfriend and later, husband. When Phoebe revealed herself to be alive again (using a cover up with the help of Agent Murphy), everybody assumed that Julie moved back to her home town.
