John Norman was the owner of a phone company in San Francisco. He had been sending extremely high phone bills to people, much to the anger of Phoebe Halliwell.
History[]
When Drake dè Mon believed himself to be Robin Hood due to a failed spell cast by a Sorcerer, he noticed the phone bill at the manor and became furious. Believing John Norman to be the corrupt prince John from the story, he set out to steal his money and give it back to the people.
Along with Phoebe, whom Drake believed to be maid Marian, Drake stormed the office and demanded John to write checks to give people their money back. Phoebe managed to calm him down by having John apologize, though the Sorcerer cast a spell on John to taunt Drake enough to use his demonic powers. Drake hit John with a thermal blast and nearly blew him out a window, though Phoebe managed to save him.
Due to being under effect of the spell, Phoebe mentioned that John likely would not remember anything that had happened.
