Jenny Gordon

Jenny is the niece of Dan Gordon and one time next-door neighbor, and friend, of the Halliwell Sisters. When she first moved in her parents lived in Saudi Arabia because her father worked with the state department and they were busy re-locating to a new home all the time. They asked Dan to care for Jenny until they were settled in during Season 2. She was known to come to Piper, Phoebe and Prue for female advice when she was too embarrassed to talk to Dan.

She has only appeared in few episodes, and did not serve any major purpose in any of the plot lines other than giving advice to a boy named Kyle about believing in himself though he may not look like something he is meant to be. (That Old Black Magic)

She later moved back to live with her parents again. (Ms. Hellfire)
