The Jenkins family is a family of powerful witches. They first appear in Season 8, with the youngest member Billie Jenkins as the main cast.
Born to mortal parents Helen and Carl, Billie possesses the power of projection, giving her the ability to change things (or people) into whatever comes to mind. Christy, the older of the two, is a firestarter. Their powers are a recessive trait passed down to them through their maternal grandmother. Christy was captured by a Dogan demon when she was seven, kept in a cave and raised to be evil. Haunted by her sister's kidnapping, Billie eventually finds Christy fifteen years later, and with Phoebe's help, re-introduces her to the outside world. After Christy is reunited with her parents, her demon mentor has them killed.
For a while, Billie is turned against the Chamred Ones by Christy, but she soon realizes that her sister is the real enemy. When Christy tries to summon back the ghosts of the Triad in order to kill the Charmed Ones, her decision leaves Billie with no other choice but to kill her.

The Jenkins Family makes their debut on Charmed in the final season of the magical series, season 8.
The Jenkins Family does have a history of witches such as the grandmother of Billie and Christy Jenkins. Billie Jenkns and Christy Jenkins are the daughters of Helen and Carl Jenkins who are morrtals
Billie Jenkins meets the Charmed Ones early in the final season, where she convinces them to teach her everything they know about witchcraft so they won't have to fight demons anymore. Billie Jenkins possesses the powers of telekinesis and projection. Projection is the power to turn people and objects into anything they desire without the use of a spell or potion. It is very powerful, rare, and difficult to master.
Christy Jenkins is the sister of Billie. When Christy was around seven years old, she was captured by a demon who served the Triad, a very powerful force of evil, high up in the evil hierarchy. Christy was a firestarter and had the power of telepathy. She was raised by the Triad, thus she becomes evil.
Billie after the season 8 episode "Kill Billie Vol.1," where Billie fought the Dogan, a demon that reminded her of the demon that kidnapped her sister, she become deterimined to find her sister. Eventually, with some help, she was able to use her projection power to progress her search to find Christy. Eventually, she and Christy are reunited 15 years later. A demon again captures her, but she returns by the end of that particular episode. Billie and Christy combine their powers to defeat a demon group that was the same group the demon that captured Christy 15 years ago belonged to.
Helen and Carl, their parents, come to visit to see Christy once again after so many years. However, this visit was interrrupted when a member of the Triad appeared to Christy. Christy had the task to turn Billie against the Charmed Ones and defeat them. When a member of the Triad began to see that Christy wasn't pursuing the task at hand very well, he sent two demons to kill her parents. Christy eventually kills that particular member of the Triad, for he was the last one left, until they return in spirit form.
After Billie becomes mostly swayed to Christy's side partially because Piper used her power on Christy because she didn't want Christy to banish the two demons that killed their parents to the Astral Plane, both them and the Charmed Ones try to attack each other with potions. When that fails, the Jenkins and the Charmed Ones later summon the Hollow, which results in a battle that results in the death of Christy, Paige, and Pheobe. Piper and Billie remained. When Billie ran away, she later returns to Piper and they turn back time to the moment that killed their sisters. Billie then returns to the side of the Charmed Ones. She projects them to the sprit forms of the Triad, who Piper vanquishes, and Christy uses her fire power to attack Billie and the Charmed Ones. This leaves Billie with no choice but to vanquish her own sister by defelcting her power back at her with telekinesis.
