Janice Halliwell is the sister of Allen Halliwell.[1] Not much is known about her except that she usually babysat Patty at her "pad".

- Allen's granddaughter Paige is said to look very similar to her as he thought that Paige was Janice for a moment. It is possible that Janice is Paige's Past Life and reincarnated as her in the future.
