Jacob Perly is a Witch Hunter and descendant from one of the jurors during the Salem Witch Trials. He was recruited by the demon Izax, who armed him and the rest of his recruits with Books of Light to steal witches' powers.
History[]
Natalie Yeung was one of Jacob's targets. Jacob despised witches, but was also wary of his leader.
When he and Emily Fisk-Navarro were caught by the Charmed Ones, they were able to convince him that there was a greater evil to be fought and he should be able to recognize an alliance when he sees one. Jacob agreed to help them collect the Books of Light, though only begrudgingly.
