History
In 2005, Harper interviewed Piper Halliwell, who was under the magical alias of Jenny Bennett at the time, for a function in his company. He stated that Victor Bennett and vouched for her and he was impressed by her. At the end of the interview, Harper took a picture of Piper and sent it through the system.
As Piper had accidentally taken the appearance of a fugitive model named Maya Holmes, this alerted the police and caused her arrest. Piper was later forced to take a new identity and decided not to pursue a new career.
