Francis X. "Frank" Stein is one of the seven Dwarfs.
History[]
Francis was recruited by the Charmed Ones to help free people who were petrified, but their attempts proved futile as the magic behind it was too strong. He later tells the sisters the missing part of the gorgon sisters, from when they were witches to what really transpired that turned them into gorgons.
