- Phoebe: "In the name of Flavia Tyler?"
- Hairdresser: "Flavia doesn't believe in a higher power greater than herself."
- — Phoebe and a hairdresser[src]
Flavia Tyler is a fashion designer and owner of her shop, Nouveau Ricia. She is the one who designs Lyssa Ainsley's wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses.
History[]
Flavia used to work as a designer in Hollywood, but got tired of the life there and left to open her own business in Serenity Cove.
While appearing scary and high maintenance with a short height, she is really a humble woman who likes to act high and mighty. The dresses she designed and prepared for Lyssa Ainsley were ruined, but were soon fixed by the Lighthouse Keeper's magic.
Appearances[]
Flavia Tyler appeared in a total of 1 non-canonical novel throughout the franchise.
