Ramon is the son of Ernesto and Tina, two former parolees of Henry Mitchell. When his mother ended up in jail, Henry tried to find Ernesto to prevent his son from ending up in the foster system.
History[]
Ernesto and his ex-girlfriend Tina were both former parolees of Henry Mitchell. Ernesto was able to put that life behind him, but Tina failed to do the same. The relationship ended and Tina never revealed to Ernesto that she was pregnant. When Tina was arrested, their son Ramon was in danger of being put in the foster system unless Henry was able to track down Ernesto. To buy himself some time, he left the baby with Paige Matthews.
While at the manor, Ramon was almost attacked by a Krychek Demon, though Paige managed to orb him to safety. Knowing that the boy was in life-threatening danger at the manor, Paige stole a photo from Henry's office and used it to scry for Ernesto.
Paige then gave his address to Henry, who in turn found Ernesto and told him about his son. However, Ernesto was unsure if he could handle raising a baby, though Henry managed to convince him to try. Ernesto then picked up Ramon and left to raise his son.

- Ramon is the third infant the Charmed Ones have temporarily taken care of, after Matthew van Lewen and the Manticore Baby.
