Michael John Bergin was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, USA on March 18, 1969, making him a Pisces. He is most recognizable due to his appearance as Mark Wahlberg's successor in Calvin Klein's series of black and white underwear ads. He is signed to Wilhelmina Model Management agency and has modeled for Sonia Rykiel, Valentino, Calvin Klein, Gianfranco Ferre, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent and Donna Karan and Claiborne for Men.
He has appeared in many films and television shows including the world-wide hit series Baywatch as J.D. Darius, he has also starred in Central Booking (2005), The Fine Line Between Cute and Creepy (2002), Autopsy Room Four (2003), The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy (2000), Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding (2003), Wolves of Wall Street (2002), and Family Plan (2005).
He has been in relationships with Kate Moss, Carolyn Bessette, Stacy Kamano and Joy Tilk. Currently, he is married to Joy Tilk, they have been married since September 24, 2004 and have 2 children together. Michael has since quit acting and now works as a real estate agent in Beverly Hills.
