Mandi was a mortal woman who was the room mother at the preschool class Wyatt Halliwell attented. Shortly after the Charmed Ones faked their deaths, a Possessor Demon possessed Mandi to get close to Wyatt. Her goal was to use Wyatt to resurrect the Source of All Evil and rule besides him while raising Wyatt as their own.
History[]
After being possessed, 'Mandi' gained the trust of Wyatt Halliwell by revealing her magic to him. Meanwhile, her perfect housewife routine got on Piper's nerves and made her feel like a bad mother. When Wyatt fully trusted her, 'Mandi' took him to Magic School where she performed a ritual to resurrect the Source of All Evil with him.
Piper eventually discovered the truth when she found out 'Mandi' had taken Wyatt but had left her own son behind at the preschool. The Charmed Ones then used a spell to expel the Possessor Demon from Mandi and Piper used her power to vanquish the demon. This act also vanquished the Source once again, as he was magically linked to her through the resurrection ritual.
The real Mandi later appeared a little shaken at a school play, though it is most likely that she does not remember what happened.

- Mandi's appearance and personality is based on the character Bree Van de Kamp of the TV series Desperate Housewives, which the episode title is also a play on.
