Impedimentia was a large and burly demon with armor-like padding on his body. He was part of Neena's army when she attacked the Upper Regions.
History[]
After charging the Heavens, Neena ordered Impedimentia to guard the gates of the afterlife; where the Elders, with the help of Kyle, found protection. The demon was later thrown back by Melinda Warren with Telekinesis when all the Warren witches went out to fight Neena.
Notes and Trivia[]
- Impedimentia's name is most likely derived from the word 'impediment', meaning a hindrance or obstruction in doing something.
- There's also a Harry Potter spell called "Impedimenta" which has the effect of stopping beings in their tracks.
