Gibbs was a mortal pawnshop owner and the murderer of Tyra Wilson.
History[]
Gibbs murdered Tyra after she found out something that he was trying to keep hidden. Everyone around the street was too afraid to admit that Gibbs was the man who murdered her, though they all knew. However, Tyra's father Cleavant Wilson was determined to find justice and put up flyers to find witnesses. Prue Halliwell tried to help him and a spirit called Charlene Hughes scared Gibbs into admitting the murder after pretending to be the spirit of Tyra back to haunt him. Gibbs was immediately arrested by Darryl Morris.

- When Gibbs jumped out of the doors glassed it is noticeable that it's his stunt double.
- The street where the store fronts are located were filmed was on Central Avenue, Fillmore, CA, 93015.
- Gibbs was mentioned once in Run, Piper, Run when Billie Jenkins suggested they use a similar method to scare Walter Nance.
