The Evil Witch Vanquishing Potion is a potion presumably created by Penny Halliwell and written in the Book of Shadows. As the title entails, it is brewed for vanquishing evil witches.
History[]
Penny and Paige brewed this potion in 2002 to vanquish the Evil Witch from the Magic Mirror. They managed to put the potion in one vial before Paige ate the Poisoned Apple that turned her into Snow White and Penny devoured by the Big Bad Wolf.
Penny later gave it to Piper who used it on the witch after traveling to the Fairy Tales Fortress, vanquishing her.[1]
