Biography[]
Daughter of James and Patricia Hampe Ward, Elizabeth Gracen was born in Booneville, Arkansas on April 3, 1961. She married Brendan Hughes in 1989 but divorced in 1994. She met him on location in Utah while filming Sundown: the Vampire in Retreat (1989). They married soon after. During the Clinton sex scandals, she admitted to having consensual sex with Clinton when he was Governor of Arkansas. She was crowned Miss America in 1982 under her maiden name of Elizabeth Ward. She has a daughter (with current husband) Quinlan Murphy, born on July 28, 2005 at 1:50 p.m.; weighing 8 pounds and 11-3/4 oz.
