Duncan is a young witch from Magic School who accidentally conjured Lady Godiva from a history book while Paige Matthews was trying to convince the Elders to keep Magic School open.
History[]
While at a meeting to discuss the future of Magic School, Duncan tried a spell on a history book and conjured Lady Godiva to the present. However, unknown to all, the spell also brought Lord Dyson from the eleventh century. Lord Dyson, who fed of repressed emotions, used his power on Duncan, causing him to attack his bully, Simon. The fight was broken up by an Elder and Duncan was taken away to calm down.
When the Charmed Ones sent Lady Godiva and Lord Dyson back to their own time, the timeline was altered and the world became extremely conservative and repressed because Lord Dyson was sent back stronger than he had been. In this altered timeline, Duncan was a part of a group of street kids who were forced to hide their magic. He was very suspicious of Paige, but she convinced him to give her the summoning spell he used to conjure Lady Godiva. The Charmed Ones conjured lady Godiva with Duncan's spell and the world returned to normal. When Lord Dyson attacked, the sisters allowed him to absorb all of Leo Wyatt's repressed rage, which proved too much to handle for the lord, resulting in his vanquish.
Paige later encouraged Duncan to send Lady Godiva back to her own time with a spell. Once the lady was back in her own time, Odin appeared and made Paige the new headmistress of Magic School, much to her dismay. Duncan then used the same encouraging words as she gave him moments ago in hopes of encouraging her further.

- Scrying: The ability to locate or person or object with the use of a scrying crystal and a map.

- Conjuration: The ability to draw imaginary objects into existence. Duncan was able to conjure up Lady Godiva, her horse and Lord Dyson from a school book, though he used a spell to summon and send them back.
