Paul Haas was an upper-level demon who had taken a foothold in the mortal world as a real estate agent. After the death of Zankou and the apparent death of the Charmed Ones, he hoped to ascend to the symbolic seat of power by taking over the Halliwell Manor.
History[]
Going After Victor[]
Shortly after the sisters faked their own deaths, Haas posed as a real estate agent and spoke to Victor Bennett at their memorial about selling the Halliwell Manor, as well as make sure the Charmed Ones were truly dead. Victor quickly dismissed him and Haas left, convinced the sisters were dead. He then planned to kill Victor and take over the manor as a symbolic seat of power with his gathering of demons.
His plans were thwarted by the sisters, who started to suspect Victor was in danger after Haas escaped during an encounter with a disguised witch. When Haas confronted Victor at his apartment, Wyatt appeared and vanquished his demons, though Haas himself managed to escape yet again. It was then revealed that "Wyatt" was in fact a glamoured Piper. This encounter caused Haas to question whether the sisters were truly dead.
Luring Out the Sisters[]
Haas and his demonic gang took over Magic School. In an attempt to lure the sisters out of hiding, he worked with a demon named Black Heart to trap innocent teens and drive them insane with illusions based on Alice in Wonderland. While investigating, Billie Jenkins became trapped in the illusion until she was saved by the Charmed Ones. Haas concluded they were alive after all, but was quickly vanquished before he could use this information.

- Haas is the dutch word for hare, an animal similar to rabbits but both belonging to the Lagomorpha order of mammals. Paul Haas works together with Black Heart who could shapeshift into a white rabbit.
