Marshall was the alias of a shapeshifter demon who moved in with two other shapeshifters, Cynda and Fritz across the street after the Charmed Ones received their powers. He and his troupe were vanquished in the end.
History
Marshall was the leader of this demon troupe, and posed as Cynda and Fritz's elder brother.
He often scolded Cynda for being too aggressive and once when she returned to her demon-form (non-shapeshifted) had to tell her to 'heel' like an animal to prevent her from prematurely attacking the Charmed Ones. He shapeshifts into the Charmed Ones' father, Victor, to fool them but fails when their real father shows up and is willing to die to save the girls as a real father would. He is vanquished along with his cohorts when the sisters cast a safety spell.

- He is the first shapeshifter to appear in the series, he turned into a dog that almost attacked Prue at the beginning of the episode.
