To Banish a Demon to the Astral Plane is a spell created by two young witches named Ryan and Jen. It is used to send a demon to the Astral Plane while they are being vanquished.
History[]
Being hunted by two Noxon Demons, Ryan and Jen decide to face them head on. They invented the spell that would send them to the astral plane where time doesn't move and would ensure they are trapped forever. Piper agreed to their plan and lowered the cloaking spell around the house. However, only one demon showed up. The three proceeded with the plan by throwing a vanquishing potion at him, then cast the spell before he fully regenerates, sending him into the astral plane.[1]
The following week, Christy Jenkins, obsessed with vengeance on the demon who murdered her parents, followed Piper and Paige to the demon, Pator. Christy tried to banish him to the astral plane, but Piper stopped her midspell, allowing the demon to escape.[2]
