Mist is one of the Valkyries, a powerful race of Demi-Goddesses that collect the souls of warriors to train them for The Final World Battle.
History[]
Shortly arriving from the future, Chris Halliwell made a deal with the Valkyries to keep his father, Leo Wyatt, hostage to keep him out of the way. Mist was sent by Freyja to ask what was taking him so long, as they couldn't keep an Elder prisoner for long. He convinced her he needed more time and they kissed, implying they were intimate. Mist later recruited a new warrior for Valhalla and watches as he battled their champion, Leo.
Chris later provided the sisters with pendants so they could pose as Valkyries and rescue Leo. However, during their escape, Piper's anger toward Leo took over and she remained behind on the island. Mist sensed that Piper was not a true Valkyrie and sensed witch deep inside. Freyja decided to keep Piper around, as she would either be a powerful new sister or lead them to the others.
After learning that the escaped warriors were killing innocents, the Valkyries traveled to San Francisco in order to bring them back. After running into bikers, Piper suggested to steal their bikes and gear in order to blend in. The warriors believed themselves to be in the final battle and fought the Valkyries until Freyja opened a portal back to Valhalla. The Valkyries, warriors and Piper all returned to the island.
Phoebe and Paige followed Piper and used a spell to return her to normal. Piper then decided it was time to return home and promised to keep the Valkyries' secret.

Active Powers
- Telekinesis: The ability to move objects and beings with the mind alone.
- Apportation: The ability to teleport objects from one location to another.
- Super Strength: The ability to possess strength beyond what is humanly possible.
- Enhanced Agility: The ability to possess speed and agility beyond what is humanly possible. All Valkyries are skilled and trained warriors.
- Soul Absorption: The ability to absorb and contain the souls of the deceased.
- Sensing: The ability to sense the location of magical beings, mostly notably their warriors.
Other Powers
- High Resistance: The ability to be highly resistant to physical and magical harm.
- Immortality: The ability to possess an infinite lifespan and an arrested aging process.

- Portal Creation: The ability to open portals to other locations.
