Eyal Podell portrayed Roland in the season 5 episodes "Oh My Goddess! Part 1" and "Part 2".


Eyall was born in Tel Aviv, Israel on November 11th, 1975 and was raised in both Hong Kong and New York City. He lived in Hong Kong until the age of eight before moving to New York. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College is Hanover, New Hampshire.

Trained as a classical actor at the National Theater Institute, Eyal has also studied with the RSC (Royal Shakespeare Company) in Stratford, England.

Since arriving in Los Angeles Eyal has worked consistently in both film and television. From his big screen debut playing Al Pacino’s son in The Insider to working alongside Gene Hackman in Behind Enemy Lines. Additional film credits include Unconditional Love, Blowing Smoke, and the independent feature Hard Scrambled, which premiered at the 2006 Cinquest Film Festival. From 2006 - 2008 he was cast on the CBS daytime drama The Young & The Restless in the recurring role of Professor Adrian Korbel.

Currently he is both writing and acting and can be seen on Defying Gravity.
