Eve is a non-magical Gypsy who belongs to the same gypsy clan as Ava Nicolae. She is aware of the existence of magic and possesses some knowledge of remedies, but presumably possesses no magical powers of her own.[1]
History
Near the end of her pregnancy, Eve was helping Piper Halliwell prepare for a home birth of her son Wyatt Halliwell and was training her sisters to be midwives. Paige nearly exposed her magic to her when she accidentally orbed while sneezing. Eve then offered to create a remedy based on an old Gypsy recipe. ("Centennial Charmed")
