Evan was one of the single men Phoebe signed up for a charity auction at P3, where the bachelors would be auctioned off for a date.
History[]
While Evan was initially reluctant to be recruited, he eventually agreed under Phoebe's persuasion, hoping Phoebe herself might do some bidding.
On the day of the bidding, Evan was the first to step up on the stage at P3. Phoebe appeared as the Goddess of Love, Evan was one of the men who fell under her thrall and asked if he could bid on her instead. He was later seen worshipping Phoebe in the manor with the other bachelors until Piper chased them off with Aerokinesis. At the end of the episode, Phoebe agreed to a date with Evan.
