Eugene was a minor character in the book Kiss of Darkness. He is a player, who met Prue while they were driving. Prue, possessed by Lascaris at the time, kissed Eugene and invited him to the house for dinner.
When she fell ill, Phoebe turned him away at the door. He tried to ask her to go with him to the movies instead, but she immediately declined and shut the door. Eventually, Eugene fell ill, along with everyone who was kissed by Prue since the New Year's Eve party, and only recovered when the Charmed Ones defeated Lascaris.
Physical Appearance[]
Eugene was noted to be muscular, but also much younger than Prue and even Phoebe.
Appearances[]
Eugene appeared in a total of 1 non-canonical novel throughout the franchise.
