Donnie was a street thug who lived in San Francisco and an associate of Speed, one of Paige Matthews' charges.
History
In 2005, Donnie wanted Speed to help him commit a robbery and threatened him. While Paige and Henry Mitchell tried to put Speed on the right path, he still went to the liquor store with Donnie. The cops knew about the robbery and had the place surrounded. As two other guys went into the store, Speed told Donnie he didn't want to be a part of it. When the alarm went off, Speed ran away, though Donnie stabbed him with a knife as he did.
When Paige and Henry confronted Speed, Henry did not believe his story. Paige noticed the stab wound and told Henry to find Donnie and the knife to prove Speed's story. After Donnie was arrested, Henry called an inspector and learned the knife did have blood on it. He then realized Speed was telling the truth and decided to let him go.
