Demonic Wasteland

The Demonic Wasteland is where demons go most of the time after they have been vanquished. A worm-type monster feeds on their essence and powers when they enter the wasteland. The Demonic Wasteland exists beyond time and space.

The Demonic Wasteland is an astral plane where all vanquished and killed demons end up. No demon has ever escaped from the Beast which lives in the Wasteland. though The Source and Barbas have found a way of how to stay alive in the belly of the beast of the wasteland with there body and powers. Barbas has even been seen coming back after being vanquished. The worm like beast sucks up all powers and deletes what's left of the demon. also a demon like Cole with a soul is unique to the cosmos and could escape from the Wasteland using the Grimoire casting the Resurrection Spell or by Teleportation.

Cole Turner was trapped in The Demonic Wasteland after he was vanquished by The Charmed Ones. Phoebe could hear his plea for help and went to save him in astral form, however, when she got there, she was almost immediately attacked by the worm like monster. She eventually left, but Cole could not move on. (Witch Way Now?)

Cole later came back possessing all the demon's powers that were sent to the wasteland since his arrival. He possessed almost every demonic power known plus some unique ones. He had also killed one of the worm-like beast. (A Witch's Tail, Part 1)
