Demonic Bodyguards

Demonic Bodyguards are often assigned to the most powerful, highest level of demons, such as The Source of All Evil; offering protection from other demonic threats as well as from Good Magical beings considered a threat to the demon's well being. A bodyguard will also often stand guard at magical rituals such as at a Dark Coronation, wedding ceremony, dark binding ceremonies and so forth. Demonic Bodyguards sometimes possess the power of Firestarting; the Source's top demons such as Ludlow will train a young firestarter will still impressionable to use their powers for evil and are taught the fundamentals of combat and demonic behavior at The Academy by demons like Kellman.

Often silent, they can read magical beings extremely well and will grant access to the being they are assigned to protect if the being is not viewed as a threat.

Appeared in the latter part of Season 3 and Season 4 offering protection to the Source and to Cole Turner also known as Belthazor.
