David was a mortal man with a younger brother named Danny, who was a friend of Max Franklin. Along with a criminal named Mickey Jackson, David tried to use Max's powers to commit robberies, though he was more conflicted about it.
History
Prue Halliwell receives a message from Max via Leo Wyatt, their common whitelighter, and follows it to find him. While robbing the bank, Prue defeats Mickey and Danny and traps them in the vault where the police eventually arrives to arrest them.
