Cryokinesisedit

Cryokinesis is a powerful elemental magical power in which the user can create ice or extreme cold from only the moisture in the air by creating cold, frosty, ice particles. Not to be confused with Ice Stasis.
P. Bowen, a Warren witch of the early 20th century had this power. P. Bowen would activate her cryokinetic powers by bringing her palm to her mouth and blowing on it, creating a powdery ice that could easily extinguish fire. ("Pardon My Past") Other witches and demons activate cryokinesis by holding their hands out, and then it would emit in a cloud of powdery ice, extinguishing fire or immobilizing an enemy. It is one of the many elemental powers including pyrokinesis, electrokinesis, aerokinesis, and aquakinesis. Thermokinesis is similar to cryokinesis, but it doesn't instantly freeze the enemy or object.
Ludlow activated his cryokinesis by shooting a small blast of ice at his victim, being more offensive than P. Bowen's. His cryokinesis was also more advanced than hers, since she was younger than him.

In regards to P. Bowen, her power of Cryokinesis and Prue's power of Telekinesis, the question Phoebe asked about Heat Generation can be asked about Cryokinesis; Leo said P. Russell must have abused her power that's why the power was lost; therefore the question is did Bowen abuse the Cryokinetic power or is Telekinesis an evolved form of it or is Cryokinesis a power tied to Telekinesis and Prue would have eventually developed the power? Since it is assumed that P. Baxter had the power of Molecular Immobilization as does Piper Halliwell does that mean she's the only one who didn't abuse the power? Based on the theory of evolution of powers that is. Or is the theory of evolution not a reason at all and during the culmination of the arrival of the Sisters Three (mentioned in Something Wicca This Way Comes that each generation of Warrens would grow stronger until the arrival of three sisters) each generation would be imbued with powers that are considered most beneficial to them and that are most relevant to counter demonic threats?
